The Introduction Of MAH-PS(KT-5)

特 性： 本品為馬來(lái)酸酐接枝的PS共混物，外觀：淡黃色顆粒，接枝率：15-18%，熔融指數(shù)：(200℃，5Kg)：1.0-3.0g/10min。該產(chǎn)品具有接枝率高，接枝完全，無(wú)毒、無(wú)味的特點(diǎn)，克服了馬來(lái)酸酐接枝物濃烈的氣味。
Property: The product is the mixture that MAH was grafted onto PS. Appearance: light yellow particle; Grafting ratio: 15-18%; MFR(200℃,5Kg):1.0-3.0g/10min. The product is of high grafting ratio, grafting thoroughly, no poison, no smell. Overcoming the strong thick which made by MAH was grafted onto the resin..

用 途：
1．可作為玻纖增強(qiáng)ABS、AS、礦物填充ABS界面改性劑。馬來(lái)酸酐接枝PS賦予了ABS極性，只要添加少量的馬來(lái)酸酐接枝PS就可以大幅度提高ABS、AS與玻纖的結(jié)合力，使增強(qiáng)ABS、增強(qiáng)AS的拉伸強(qiáng)度、彎曲強(qiáng)度等明顯提高。
2．可作為尼龍與ABS，PC與ABS共混合金的相容劑。
Usage:
1. Used as interface modifier in glass-fiber strengthening ABS, AS and filling ABS. ABS can be given polarity if MAH was grafted onto it. Adding a little KT-5 can improve widely the adhesive between ABS and AS, strengthen ABS, tensile strength and tension strength of AS and so on.
2. Used as compatibilizer in blending alloy of nylon and ABS, PC and ABS .

使用方法：按比例與ABS、PC、PA等樹(shù)脂混合造粒。
包裝及儲(chǔ)運(yùn)：25Kg牛皮紙袋內(nèi)襯塑料袋裝，按非危險(xiǎn)品，在干燥條件下儲(chǔ)運(yùn)，避日光、雨淋。

Packing, storage and transportation:Packed in 25Kg cow parchment takes with plastic takes inside. Not dangerous goods. Store and transport it at dry circumstance. Avoid sunlight and rain.
