由于導(dǎo)熱油熱穩(wěn)定性能好、傳熱性能佳、低蒸汽壓、以及無毒無味、對設(shè)備無腐蝕等許多優(yōu)點。 我公司電加熱導(dǎo)熱油爐已逐步被更廣泛的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)所選用。系統(tǒng)特點：

1.高品質(zhì)的熱源 導(dǎo)熱油加熱系統(tǒng)可在常壓液相下，為熱用戶輸出高350℃的熱油；我公司導(dǎo)熱油加熱系統(tǒng)均采用日本OMRON溫控儀表，運用雙PID自整定智能控溫技術(shù)，控制精度可達±1℃左右溫度，準(zhǔn)確控制使用的溫度范圍內(nèi)；加熱主電源采用固態(tài)模塊無觸點開關(guān)電路，適應(yīng)頻繁開關(guān)，并對供電網(wǎng)絡(luò)無干擾。并具有防干燒。可根據(jù)用戶要求設(shè)計添加熱油冷卻系統(tǒng)，以滿足升溫后需要快速降溫的生產(chǎn)工藝要求；

2.節(jié)約能源，運行費用低 導(dǎo)熱油加熱系統(tǒng)為液相閉路循環(huán)，出油溫度和回油溫度相差20-30度，也就是說只加熱20-30度的溫差就能達到使用溫度。同時該設(shè)備不需要水處理設(shè)備并且無蒸汽鍋爐的跑、冒、滴、漏等熱損失，熱利用率很高，與蒸汽鍋爐相比，節(jié)能50％左右；

3.設(shè)備少 由于導(dǎo)熱油加熱系統(tǒng)簡單，無水處理設(shè)備及更多的輔助設(shè)備、鍋爐承受低壓力等，所以整個系統(tǒng)較少；

4.安全 由于系統(tǒng)只承受泵壓，導(dǎo)熱油加熱系統(tǒng)無爆炸危險，因而其更加安全；

5.環(huán)保 有機熱載體加熱系統(tǒng)的環(huán)保效果主要體現(xiàn)在煙氣排放量極少，無排污污染及熱污染

Because of good stability heating conduction, good heat transfer performance, low vapor pressure, as well as non-toxic and tasteless, corrosion to equipment, Our electric heating oil furnace are widely used in many field. Main features below,

1. High-quality oil heating system can provide maximum output of350 ℃hot oil; our oil heating systems are using Japan OMRON temperature controller,  with double intelligent self-tuning PID control temperature technology, control precision up to ±1 ℃temperature and accurately control the temperature within the range of use; heating power using solid-state non-contact switch circuit modules, adapt to frequent switching, and the power supply network without interference. And it is anti-dry. According to user requirements and design, it can add hot oil cooling system to meet the needs of rapid cooling after heating during production process;

2. Energy saving, low operating costs. Oil heating system equipped closed-loop control, temperature of oil inlet and oil outlet is between 20-30 degrees , which means that only the heating temperature difference can reach 20-30 degrees operating temperature. Meanwhile, the device does not require water treatment and no steam, boilers run, run, drip, heat leakage, high efficiency, compared with the steam boiler, saving about 50%;

3. Small investment of the auxiliary equipment as the heating system is simple.

4. More Safety as the system is exposed only to the pump pressure, do not have the risk of oil heating explosion.

5. Environmental protection, no pollution for the air and heating.
